Alberta Family Law Legislation brings together the most necessary, relevant legislation referenced by family law practitioners. This resource is produced in a mini binder, making it both handy for office reference and convenient to take to court (or elsewhere).

This two volume publication includes both the obvious and less commonly thought of acts and regulations that a family law practitioner may need to reference, including the Alberta Evidence Act, Arbitration Act, Adult Interdependent Relationships Act, Court of Justice Act, Divorce Act and Federal Child Support Guidelines, Family Law Act and related regulations, Law of Property Act, Marriage Act, Vital Statistics Act, and more. Many of these nearly four dozen acts and regulations are reproduced in their entirety, while others are excerpted to include the sections most relevant to family law practice.

Select Alberta Court of King’s Bench Family Practice Notes and Notices to the Profession and Public are also reproduced for easy reference.
