- Additional Terms | Branded slide(s) must be submitted one month prior to the conference. If submitting an article for the LESA blog, content must be approved by LESA. Tables will be provided for exhibit booths with exact size and location determined by LESA staff based on the venue (but will be no less than a 4-foot table). Additional representatives may be added for a fee of $1,000 per person at checkout. Representatives are permitted to attend sessions (space permitting), networking breaks, meals, and other events. Sponsor draw winners will be announced by LESA staff during the conference at a time of LESA’s choosing.
